As Walmart customers approach the holiday season, their focus shifts to prepare their home. The moment the door opens and guests walk in, they want  their house “ to feel like  home”.  They will need to clean, decorate, cook, bake and decorate to prepare for guests’ arrival. 

WMC’s “Feels Like Home”  program strategy is to encourage consumers to shop Walmart for all of their holiday and hosting needs. We will build awareness of bakeware, cookware, home maintenance, cleaning products and home décor categories during the busiest shopping season of the year.

Create a narrative around holiday party tips:

• Used DIY blogs and home décor brands as inspiration

• We had to pair brands to tell a cohesive story

• Prioritize placement for tier 1 level suppliers

•We organized & created tips to help customer’s get guest ready

The Results

The largest Client Solutions program ever in support of Home.  

The FY24 “Feels Like Home” Walmart Connect Signature program is a new program this year and helped influence over $5.6M in Walmart Connect revenue across 13 suppliers in the Home and Consumables SBU.  This also represents the largest Client Solutions program ever in support of Home.
