Shaping Brand Stories at Walmart Connect
At Walmart Connect, I have contributed as both a Senior Designer and Art Director, leading and executing creative vision for omni-channel campaigns across Entertainment, Toys & Seasonal, and Home & Hardlines brands. My work spans hands-on design and art direction—collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform data-driven insights into compelling digital storytelling. From concept to execution, I’ve overseen and crafted projects that deliver seamless, engaging brand experiences for millions of Walmart customers.

Case Study
2022 Gamer Drop
Walmart's Merchant team asked Walmart Connect to help level up Walmart's annual Gamer Drop promotion for video game, tech, and toy brands. I collaborated across multiple teams including the Event Team for logistics planning, the Client Solutions Team to integrate client needs and exceed expectations, and the Branding Team to develop a cohesive strategy that resonated with our target audience. Key deliverables included spearheading the creation of a sophisticated Event Finder tool to enhance user experience, developing multiple gaming categories to cater to diverse interests within the gaming community, and collaborating on a downloadable catalog that showcased features not included on the Brand Page. By integrating these elements, we created a unique and engaging holiday event that attracted a large audience and provided an unforgettable experience for all participants. This execution was so successful that it received its own case study with documented success metrics.
Art Direction for Walmart TV Wall
I collaborated with the creative team to produce a 30-second sponsored TV wall ad for Walmart, highlighting Pratt’s Pen+Gear packing and moving products and their move from the stationary to the hardware aisle. I reviewed and refined the storyboard to ensure clear messaging and included an aisle locator for shopper convenience. After client approval, our team brought the vision to life as a dynamic in-store video, marking my first experience creating content for this digital format.
Legacy Ad Designs from My Early Days at Walmart Connect
When I first joined Walmart Connect as a Senior Designer, I worked on elevating the look and feel of onsite ads. These legacy ad units—though no longer in use—were a chance to push creative boundaries and deliver polished, eye-catching work that suppliers loved.
