Connecting Apps, Data—and Great Design

I spent three fast-paced, fulfilling years at SnapLogic, a startup that helps connect apps, data, and systems faster and smarter. Like many startup environments, SnapLogic encouraged agility, resourcefulness, and wearing many hats. Though I was originally hired as the Marketing Graphic Designer, I quickly evolved into a "Designer-of-all-Trades"—handling everything from digital and print design to video editing and vendor management.

Over time, my role organically grew. Before I left, the CMO referred to me as the Head of Creative Services. I led the day-to-day design needs across teams, managed outsourced web developers, collaborated with the product team on app icon design, edited webinars, and created trade show booths. One of my most rewarding projects was leading the redesign of the company website—including overseeing mobile optimization to ensure a seamless cross-device experience.

Below are a few highlights from the digital work I created during my time at SnapLogic.

Hadoop Summit, San Jose

A quick video I put together to showcase our presence at the Hadoop show using photography and a GoPro. After this show, I helped edit many webinars (WebCasts now) for SnapLogic. A skill I took on learning.

Below, you will find a few non-digital pieces to showcase my versatility as a designer. Fun pieces such as designing a simple billboard, creating Infographics,  designing a new look for the data sheets, creating trade show booth graphics and more.
